Well I say that the EK Holden Special 161 3-on-the-tree Kangaroos will snap the losing streak tonight & rip the flightless birds a new passageway to the bogga
it is time for the cup to come home to roost for the 100th Anniversary year remembrance

Boxing question - why do fighters who know they are behind on points and have no chance of winning not go for a knockout? I know it's not that easy but it's clear that if they carry on in the same manner they will lose so why not go down having a crack at least?

Yeah good question Ted, I seriously thought though he was ahead on points, he was by far the more aggressive of the two.

Yeah, i think lots of boxers are in denial about whether or not they have the points.
plus/or
maybe they think, geez if he's outpointing me when i go for the points, he'll knock ME out if i'm less cautious - then i'm really no chance.
plus/or
Manny was chipping away hoping to create the opening for the big knockout and it never came, though it was in his mind to unload once he'd created the opportunity...
plus/or
in their spare time they play twenty-twenty cricket, where dumb capitulations are the norm.

I think it's a good thing we lost.
Time to blood some new players who are hungry to win.

Wonder what is happening there aye Scotty - still had over 2 years left on his contract ummmmmm Couple of good mid-season signings for the Warriors stealing high quality players from Sydney clubs in key positions. First Roger and now Isaac - who next?

If we look at some of the commentary from last weekend when we smashed you boys for the 3rd time in a row (yes I will never forget this - by the time Australia play a test again they would not have won one in almost 2 years) its make for interesting reading

New Zealand has a terrific spine – fullback Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, 21, five-eighth Kieran Foran, 24, halfback Shaun Johnson, 24, and hooker Issac Luke, 27 – that is capable of serving for many years to come.

And now 3 of them will be at the same club. Its clear they all want to be in the first team that takes the trophy back to Auckland. Lets see who else wants to join the boys. With Manly looking poor its good to see my 2nd team is building for a good run at the title.
