Sorry missed ya call Chrispy - I was sanding the 10 footer in the garage. The boys are not far from you and it might just be on tom. If you go good luck. You can easily check the Coffs Harbour buoys before you go. Looks like the swell is hitting those parts already. Ideally you want a touch of east in it but the size might be big enough to swing in - esp if the period picks up a bit.

It's midnight, I'm up reading and eating pistachios and I still can't hear this swell, I know I'm hearing impaired, but it's supposed to be 4 metres for christs sake 
the arvo sesh with Lfish was fun, tiny beachies, but we all got heaps and heaps of them.
You should be hearing it now ob - I can hear it at my place - its thumping in. Winds are good here. Off to the beach shortly for some close up investigation. Looks like I would rather be further north though. Hope you score at A.

Now the decision is to whether spend an hour or so in the car at the possible chance of a wave.
2 hours of Arra goodness, 6-7' but just awesome, great to look up and see 4' still above your head when you're scooting down the face. Totally stoked!!!!
Nice work Vanders - hope you got some pics. I am stoked that you scored. Did Chrispy make it down? Its not that good round these parts - although there are waves - just not top quality.
If i was you I would go for a drive SP - I almost went this morning and now have nothing but regret that I did not go

Sounds like it was better further north. Lack of swell getting in and lots of tide around here, few good ones came through after we got out on dark so maybe tomorrow will be better up there.

I spoke to obct earlier and he was just a few hours north of me. Seems they have headed home this evening. Must be missing their loved ones or something. If it was me I would be staying away for as long as possible
