Some interesting stuff on there CF. I often read that forum just for entertainment - give it a whirl every few weeks. Often you get some gems. Never partaken in it but have often thought about it - just not enough time

Sample from that thread

Can't help thinking if there is a God and a Devil then which one of them do reckon we can thank for hurricanes, typhoons, cyclones and filthy snaps, gouges, slashes, rodeo flips and buried to the stringer cutties and while we're at it, hot chicks in tiny little bikini bottoms paddling around in front of you?
It's pretty obvious Buddha is in charge of flat spells that make you contemplate your navel and ankle snappers that have you nose riding and trimming.
Goes without saying that Allah is sending the bombs.
The Hindu dieties are controlling onshore slop and brown water run-off (just look at the Ganges).
Meanwhile Jehovah doesn't care less about waves but is running the surfing accessory corporations and surf shops.
Maybe God's in charge of snakes (that one goes way back) and drop ins (turn the other cheek) and crowds (because they think they can walk on water too)!

Glad you liked it, I say chuckling to myself, all the while dodging lightning bolts from an angry God.

The vid is kinda interesting, the comments section is amusing ....

Eddie Rothman on what's wrong with pro surfing in Hawaii ... and a few other grievances he seems to want to get off his chest.

stabmag.com/news/eddie-rothman-to-wsl-put-your-money-where-your-mouth-is/

And he doesn't like Randy Rarick any more than Roy does. One commenter reckons Eddie looks like an old boot.

Thanks wavelength. Those comments make for fantastic Friday night entertainment.

Here is an example for those yet to sample the quality of the people who respond to Stab

So **** off Sean, how about you go find Eddie, buy some ice from him, and then suck his cock once your high because you obviously have some type of ****ed fantasy about him.

Here is another good comment - we are so mild and tame in the Greenroom

Eddie needs to get the **** off his Hawaiian high horse and go back to Philly or Texas or wherever the **** his from and function in the real world. Eddie you aren't **** but some transplant ape who likes to fling **** from his rock. Speak proper English at a real job and function in society instead of living off your sons pay he gets from the very surf industry you love so much to hate on. Maybe then this ****ing idiot will have the common sense and rationality to actually solve problems if there are any. Not saying its a perfect system by any means, but its a **** lot better than the "lets give everyone in Hawaii money and contest seeds because they are Hawaiian" system. Eddie has a ****ed up sense of privilege for someone who hasn't done **** with his life except for lift weights and beat the **** out of people.

From next door...
Okay it's a 666... but still... the serrated edge board is here. It's like a mud tyre versus a slick, according to Laird, gives traction when more is needed (or something like that)...
