I think the 10 footer suits the wagon better to

That's still the Ducks Nuts Al....is it 3 on the tree or a 186S 4 x floor ?

Thanks SB,nah mate it's a 186 column 2 speed powerglide auto.I tried to get a wagon with the 3 on the tree manual but at the time I was looking I couldn't find a decent one that wasn't rusted out

As sweet as any other ride on these pages Al G. If not better.

Not really classic, but old, and I like the sentiment.

Used to sit in the Wanda carpark with a few other chappie types and carry on a treat in the back of one of those panel vans.

Brings back memories.

XA (?) Falcon - loved them. We had a station wagon as a family car when I was about 12. My father drove it to Ayers Rock for family holiday when it was still dirt roads - red dust came out of the car for the rest of it's life. Only the base model, had all these blank plastic bits on the dash where good stuff would go in the more expensive ones.

2 door station wagons - only Americans could do something so stupid and make it look so right.
