Yeah, was a big year, you can see why he is thinking about pulling back a bit.
Could retire now with nothing to prove, he has done everything there is on the tour and the travel year after year has gotta get to you.

Anyone have thoughts on
Will the Eddie run tomorrow?
Will it be exciting or has Peahi taken a bit of the shine off?

Yeah I was thinking it mightn't have been as exciting after all the jaws paddle in session but was great to watch.

Yep, How awesome is Clyde, 66 years old and getting into that! Bloody legend, much respect for that man.

The whole thing was EPIC and everyone on fire, Aussies kept us proud.

Sad news

Australian Owen Wright has withdrawn from the opening half of the 2016 Samsung Galaxy WSL Championship Tour season, citing ongoing rehabilitation following his December head injury as the primary reason.

Do they hold after a good pasting - Yes!!! Seems that you could not get a much better person to endorse your product. I think SD is the best big wave rider going around these days. He takes off super deep at Jaws and shows no fear pulling into some monster pits. Draws beautiful lines and a super smooth style. He is insane.

I imagine it would be hard to get a wave there at the moment with the circus in town. Do the pros all drop in on each other? Or just everyone else?

So Mac, V and a kid are all inside you, set coming, 3 waves in the set, which one do you take

the second as they will all paddle for the first probably miss it and so if you get the third one you will need to dodge all their boards in the impact zone
