That will look fantastic and will give the board so much more strength especially with the lighter glass job I am surprised I havent snapped mine yet

Because im lead to believe by the greenroom that a log should be heavy.

Re Stringers - get them to colour the glue for extra special effects !

Personally I am taking the Big Spazz's advice re heavy logs - much better. I almost wish at time I had a bit more in my 10fter but given I sometimes walk a good 10-15 mins with her to a nice secluded spot I am more than happy with the weight it is. I glassed mine with 10 oz on bottom and 10 & 6 on the bottom. But I made sure I took loads of resin out as I was not sure how heavy it would be. Next one will leave a bit more in I reckon.

Well all I know is when Boofy generously let me ride his is was like putting on your favourite pair of slippers (or boat shoes in macs case). I found it very manouverable, more so than my current 10'2. And I know my board is considerably heavier than Boofy's. I'm not saying the new one will be a light board just not in the heavy class.

Dims will be around 10'2 x 24-1/4 x 3-1/4". Art? I'm over thinking about it, white sounds like a plan.

Its all Asea's fault on the shoes,I got you now Vanders on the weight thingie,are you getting one of SDR retro logos to match the board
