AndyR, there is quite a lot of bull**** in your (summary of the) video! (A cow intestine can be more than 150 feet for instance, a lot of people create bad cholesterol themselves, ...)
On the other hand, nutrition is still badly understood, especially since the digestive biome and our "2nd brain" in the gut as understudied.
Also, beware of the "facts". I often read things as "You should not eat X, but only Y", and then you get to the source studies you find that the difference between X and Y effects is less than some %, and moreover out of phone surveys where people can answer anything...
Vegan NO THANKS. I don't really care I live a very healthy lifestyle I may look and get old and haggard on the outside but I know my insides are in very good shape Health is 50% lifestyle, 10% medicine and the rest is genetics and luck. On my fathers side we have a very good family history of strong hearts everything else will fail first before our hearts do. (I'd hate to walk around with a big zipper down the front no thanks f##k that)
With my boiled eggs I would feed the egg yokes to a seagull, it's funny to watch the seagull nearly chocks after 3 egg yokes, it's neck just bulges it flies straight to the waters edge for a drink of salt water, too funny.
I know one thing you can never eat enough vegetables I eat veggies for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It's up to the individual what they chose to eat. You are what you eat. "like who cares" If everybody was like me fast food take-away joints, Restaurants and Coka-Cola would all go broke I don't waist my money on those things. I just drink tap water and make my own healthy meals, but I do buy cartons of Beer.

Have you ever meet a Vegan Aboriginal or Pacific Islander ....no because they don't exist. Vegan is the escape from modern processed food and not to be confused with good animal protein and quality Aussie tucker. Apply the input and output rule and it will balance out. Eat clean and live clean life is good but you don't need to punish & starve yourself or valuable protein.
Haha not trying to convert anyone thought some might just find bits of it interesting. I'm not converted myself yet and I think at this stage some meat will still be in my diet (I love salmon to much)
You don't need protein from meat though you can get enough of it from veg and beans etc. My buddy is a good example completely plant based and natural body builder does not take a single supplement and his physique is as big and as lean as every other guy he stands next to on those gay stages haha.
There's also a 300 pound NFL player that's completey plant based.
Colas - everything I have read so far and from what my wife tells me who studies this is the body does not create bad cholesterol at all if on a 100% plant based diet. Humans only create "bad" who eat meat.milk.eggs.cheese. So, so far I believe that until I read something that's proves it wrong.
As always like everyone says though everything in moderation and listen to ur own body and most of us should be all good for many years to come
