The ultimate blend made for champions. Great for those Maliko Downwind Paddles or for just surfing for hours without feeling hungry,
good friend Jaecey Suda put me onto a food processor Maui July 2014 and I haven’t looked back (better than just Bananas for Breakfast) I purchased this kick arse Industrial LexSun Professional 2L Blender. It only cost me $385 on special from $585 I couldn’t afford the Muti Mix for $900

Ingredients:- Beans, Peas, Carrots, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Spinach, cucumber, Kale, Bok choy, Beetroot, Coffee Mug of Water, Teaspoon of L-Glutamine, Teaspoon of Chlorella, Almonds, Gogi Berries, Pineapple, 1/2 Avocado, Pear, Apple, Banana.

It taste so good I’m like a Baby and his Bottle.

Yep teatrea I totally agree as long as Guinness is cold out of the tap. I love a beer you and I could most probably drink one another under the table I'm good for a carton or more or 15 or more Schooners at any one sitting. I drank 25 stubbies of Coronas after the M2O race I just could not fit anymore beer in, the beer was up to my neck already.
But for a Beer I prefer Towhees Old now thats a beer.

If you're coming over for the KOTK teatrea I'll be glad to have more than a few beers with you after the race.

You bet Tardy I'll eat around 75kg of steak per year more than the recommended does, I love a good steak, but I don't eat chicken I don't want Gynaecomastia, hahaha.

Here's a few books worth reading. I'm right into my nutrition I could get a job as an Nutritionist it's very easy - simple science. I only have 12% total body fat I graze all day like a Mallee Bull and I'm not a bodybuilder. You are what you eat.

hahaha boofy The Skull Drag is the most brutalist drink. I've done two Skull Drags with in 1/2 hour of each other, the record is held by ex:- WCT surfer Mat Hoy four Skull Drags. Most guys who try two or more Skull Drags have to be put to bed they just go unconscious and I guarantee they all wet the bed "too funny"

hi phil. the message I seen a fair bit of is blending all the stuff breaks down the fibre content which when you have fruits might not be a good idea because the fibre helps stop the sugars covert to fat.

im not a expert by any means.

not even sure if that above is true.

maybe there are some experts in the field that can verify the truth

so many people into blending but is it really good for you. im not so sure . cheats way of getting stuff down quickly

cheers

Going hard mate I think a skull drag would put me in my grave these days, though I am sitting here reminiscing about doing funnels of arak attacks at Troppo zone in Kuta till we pretty much lost consciousness in our early twenties

But if blending the fibre is still there right it's just broken down before consuming? I know you need the fibre to aid in the process so the sugars don't turn to fat etc, I am interested to know if that is true lace.
I might read up on this as I do a fair bit of blending fruit for intake..
Juicing the fibre content is mainly taken away.

You need to put a little bit of fruit into your blend to kill the Alkaline taste, you try drinking a think blend off roar vegetables the Alkaline, taste life s##t.

Roar vegetables are much more better for you than cooking them, I've ate most of my vegetables roar all my life, but you try eating cauliflower and spinach roar no thanks but in a blender roar yes please. I don't know about you laceys but all my pipes around my major organs are all in very good nick for an old man. I get a proper blood test every 6 months, to stay on top of my health.

Blending too much fruit is NOT GOOD it destroys the fibre and turns it into high fructose, but a little fruit in with your Alkaline veggies is OK.

I do not make fruit juice drinks, I just drink water or Beer and it has been proven that beer is more healthier for you than a fruit juice drink. Try and eat all your fruit natural not blended.

cheers

That funny boofy way back in 1980 when I was 18yo I was surfing on Nusa Lembongan and had a big session on the arak attacks anyway I'm having a jiggy-jig on the beach and I started throwing up I was in-between the stroke, the sheila was trying very hard to push me of her she didn't want any spew on her. I wasn't keen to let go I didn't care the jiggy-jig was feeling better to me than me vomiting, I was like the cartoon character Pepe Le Pew, "too funny" hahaha.

sorry to tell you but that juice is a total waste of time:

Fruit/veg juices? 1)Usually don't get fibre 2)No chewing>no enzymes from saliva to aid digestion 3)Too many calories

It makes it hard for the average punter when even the experts cant agree on whats good not good. One minute coffe is bad , the next good , beer bad , then good , fats bad then good. I think moderation is key , to much of anything is bad for you. Just watched another expert on tellie saying you shouldnt exercise first thing in the morning , expecially if your over 40. The only rule i go for is very little processed food and junk food. Im just waiting for them to bring out healthy ciggies and im set.

IronPhil I know you eat meat but you might like this vid regarding nutrition and being vegan. Check this vid out. 1hr long first 25 mins he sounds like a douche to me but from 25 mins on he starts talking facts and truths and is fairly interesting..
Disclaimer: it is a vegan talking about what he believes are facts that humans are 100% herbivores and he says a number of things that made me believe it..
1: every herbivore animal on the planet including humans intestines is about 6-7 times the length of there torso. Every true carnivore animal on the planet intestines is only 2-3 times the length of there torso.
2: we have flat teeth and grind food our bottom jaw moves side to side. A carnivores jaw will only go up and down and have sharp teeth.
3. Cholesterol. Human body creates its own good cholesterol the only bad cholesterol our body receives is from meat.milk.cheese.eggs take those four forms out and there is no possible way a human body can have bad cholesterol.
My wife studies nutrition and turned vegan this year and is asking me to read up and learn more about it all. Very recently I've started to make a change I'm not 100% off the meat and I still eat eggs and milk in coffee but I'm slowly working on taking the habit of eating meat away. It certainly is a challenge to change ones diet when for 30 years I've been accustomed to eating meat products.

I asked the heart foundation about egs when I did a course after 'it'.

the takes is yes eggs have cholesterol but you don't ingest it.

its more about the way it they are cooked.

I go poached once a week along with salmon
