How to get through bigger break - max wave sizes

There is some full footage of the last "big" wave contest at La Nord, Hossegor (I put big in quotes as it was a small day for this big wave break), with the SUP heat starting at 50mn in. So you can see some non-edited session

This break has a big channel to get out, but on this day the waves were quite messy, so it was quite tricky. But much less hardcore than closed out beachbreaks like Ocean Beach, for sure.
