Today was our last day After spending 11 day trip on the Ark Noble Maldive Trip with Xperiance Travel ,Paulie from Sunshine Coast surf sports and Andy ,the yoga master ,as usually the food was amazing on the boat ,crew was excellent and ending up with a USB stick full of great Photos and some drone ,Shot by big Naanu .I will post a bit more later ,we kinda got on it last night

yes got some nice drone footage ,I will compile something later ,just travelling back now its a long way from home north of the equator
,it was a awesome trip .totally wrecked now surfing twice a day .
had some wild parties on board too

thanks DHUSOUTH , Naanu sure looked after us and put us on some good wave and came out with us one day on his boogie .
we only got half way south to Mushrooms where the big waves where shot ,had a 9 foot leg rope that ended up 13 foot
I changed it because I thought it might break ,then the new one broke ,
my flow looks well used now ,Naanu flew the drone to find it it was up in rocks underneath some coconut trees ,no dings just full of deep scratches ,a good sand and back out the next day ,Cantsupenoughs board wasn't so lucky ,brand new 8'8 flow huge dings ,leg rope broke .some dudes never went out because of the size ,which was sensible as I was crapping a few times .
but yes a big storm made us head back to quarters ,Tucky Joes ,so never got to surf ,Macardos gggr safety first as the captain of ARK NOBLE Said ,but some boats did head south and got slammed and Marcardos was 12 foot so they said ,not SUP surfing waves for us old folk lol ,but we had big enough surf up north ,and loved driving that car in the vid ,it hauls arse .so much fun .

I can relate to that, had very similar experiences at Mushrooms and at Muli
CSE (Jason) loves a big wave so no doubt he had a crack
Macardos at 12ft, now that would be a sight to see

What is the sea state like while traveling between breaks? How's the rolling while anchored?
Being fairly seasick prone is the one big factor keeping me from booking a boat trip. But all these gorgeous pics make me soo JEALOUS! lol

you'll be right ,they always anchor in the lee side of the islands the picture above basically tells the story as you can see a couple of boats anchored in the dark areas ,no one got sea sick on board .We stayed pickled and didn't notice we where on a boat .
I think even a 8 day cruise is ok ,as we where just about burnt out after 11 days ,but got some awesome waves .start saving .
Its a life time trip .I hope the Australian dollar get stronger one day as I basically was only getting 60c on the dollar .but well worth a trip over ,my 2nd trip now .If I was a millionaire I would do it every year for sure .This was a windy day ,had a few kites and windsurfers out on the island just over ,I only took Sups .But they do get great wind there also .
Yep, I did the 12 day Moon trip in May this year and will pack a kite next time for sure. Saving up for the 17 day trip in 2027!
Pack spare leggies & plenty of peroxide for the inevitable reef kisses
