Hey Chilebear,

how are you doing ? -

I am 83kg on a good day and about 5 10"

and find the 8 x 28" real easy to ride.

Thanks mate im doing fine. Thanks for answering...

It gives me more confidence that i can go smaller knowing other riders carry the same amount of kegs

Youre board is lovely mate

Hi, The Starboard demo hit my local beach today.there was a nasty on shore wind which made it choppy with small swell.
i found the 8.0 x29 much more stable than the 8.0 x28 . Another to consider tough is the 7.10 x30 , this is actually more stable than the 8.0 x29 . Too many to choose from and really the conditions on the day would tell you which is the best. I already have too many low volume tippy boards so I may go for the 8.0 x29. I reckon this is a good all rounder. I definitely did not like the 8.2 wide point. It felt like a boat. They have a concept board that is cut off at the rear and 7.4 .this was a ripper but would like to try it in some big stuff. You can't move up the board as there is no nose, you have to step back and steer but in manoeuvres great . Hope they put it in production.. Cheers
