Yep, that's what I'm talking about. Looks like her optimal VMG, ie: the speed gain, is just cracked off from close hauled?
The other thing that looks interesting, once she gets up to speed, the wind angle is pretty much irrelevant. Good all round to a broad reach?
I get all wet and excited over polars, I must be a wannabe engineer or somefink.

For the nerdy of us interested in plotter data , sigh..which is me.....
When I got the new sails I got a file called a saildect file with the polar file. I didn't know what to do with it at first! Turns out it's actually quite handy, loaded into the PC/plotter software it gives you a real-time wind speed and angle indicator overlaid on a image of the sails wind range.
The indicator moves over the compass rose in real time, giving you sail selection recommendations.
The background image is the same as a polar, ie: compass rose, but you get a real time wind angle and speed icon overlaid on an image showing each sails wind range. It's cool in you can see the wind overlaps of the different sails, historical wind shifts and current and opposing tack/gybe angle sail selection, it tells you which reef and when. In case you're dumb and you forget to look outside, which is the old fashioned way :) .
I'm not sure what constitutes the data sets, I assume it is a) real time, b) polars and c) boat performance data and shows it on a display. See the image below , this is the headsail wardrobe (this is without the overlay of data that appears in the top rh side).
GV = Main.
Gennaker- Reaching spinnaker
Genoa- Headsail
Spinnaker- Running spinnaker
Trinquette- Staysail
It's an Interesting bit of data I find I reference to more for a lot of reasons, I suppose it adds sail selection to your polar diagrams.
I can sit downstairs and watch real time things like big gusts and their change in wind angle and velocity and check what sail/reef I should be shaking in/out to.
It overlays with your plotting software and GRIBS to drop a go-to icon on the overlay telling you optimal angle and hence sail selection over the plotted course.
Gives you vmg targets.
This is probably be old hat to a lot of SB'rs 
, but I'd never come across it before, thought it might be of interest considering it's delivered with as part of buying a sail. The loft needs boat data from you to generate a saildect file.
Edit: You can see for us our happy angle is 130 deg on a three sail broad reach. That's our in-the-groove sweet spot, it just trucks along.
