The best boat in the world is the one you already own. The worst boat in the world is the one you can't afford.

This works for any sailing endeavour from live aboard to racer to singlehander.

Why one who has a plateful of clean fresh seafood makes a mess out of it by covering it with carbohydrates and frying it in oil or fat is beyond me.?
Just a grill and a big plate of greens chased by a glass of cool white would be my choice.??

That looks like a good feed with your Magna Webber , crumbed seafood in vegetable oil takes just a few minutes to cook and is as healthy if not better than roasted chicken.
