An intermittant problem with the headsail furler has re-appeared again. It does'nt unfurl properly from time to time.
Fairly certain It's not 'halyard wrap'.
If I cant nut it out, I might need to employ the help of the brains trust here.

The angle the halyard comes out to the top swivel is fairly critical apparently.
