Obviously as above this boat is certainly not an Adams 10 and assume your post did not mean to infer this just the metric/imperial conversion issue.
From your text of talking to the vendor and the photos it could well be that it is a Mottle 33 hull /keel / rudder - the hull molding with the higher freeboard as in above link - with a custom deck and cabin and aft cockpit. Most M33 were centre cockpit I tried to find an aft cockpit on line but couldn't. No big deal. That is my conclusion but I have never been on board the yacht or spoken to the vendor or have any affiliation with the vendor.
It looks like a top yacht from the photos. For sure as far as I know there were no M33s built with hull topside windows as you say - but with the probable higher freeboard hull design out of the mold it looks fine as long as the hull and window structural integrity is suitable - and imho is well worth pursuing further into it's design and build history and date, and operations and maintenance history since, including passages done.
