Real bad luck McN. Get well soon. I'm looking for a pic of me that doesn't make me look like the
back end of a sick donkey.
We are not worried about you Sam we want to meet the missus.

Haha...well she's a lot more photogenic than me.
Great idea Donk.
First time I've logged in here for ages.
Boredom of lying on my back in hospital with a broken back for 10 days now drove me to log in and I've greatly enjoyed putting faces to the names.
I'll see if I can put up a now photo.

Jeez McN, sorry to see you're injured. I'm sure all of us here wish you the absolute very best. Stay positive and get well soon.
regards,
allan
Thanks very much for all the kind wishes.
I'm craving the smell of the boat and the sea..I'll be up and at it as soon as I can x

On the stern of "Bella amica" ( cavalier 32 is his name here) after missing the dinghy off Fraser Island. No one even attempted to help as they were all to busy rolling round the cockpit laughing.

Climbing out of my spacious rear cabin .yes that is the actual height of the cabin.

All the best McNautical with your recovery.
Here's a shot of me at the Fitzroy island Lighthouse. As arduous a walk as you could ever ask for! Great views.

Jon Sanders and me at the Shelter Bay Yacht Club Panama
Great shot!

Thx Andy, I'm trying to keep the clutter from taking over all the nooks and crannies.

Guess where??

Ok, lemme try....Bellingshausen Island?
Close Shaggy, but you overshot a bit. It's dead calm at Cape Horn.

As some known [well everybody now] my home port is in the Camden Haven Inlet with the town of Laurieton in NSW.
We have a free wharf here and everybody is very friendly and helpful to visiting cruisers.....an to prove here I am visiting the crew of SV Vera Jean.

Hi all, I'll get a front shot next post. I play around in Port Hacking. My voyages so far only extend to the Harbour and Broken Bay. About as far as I can get in a day, work interferes with going any further. But I dream of Jervis Bay, Far South Coast and ultimately up North to the Whitsunday area, oh and maybe, across the seas to Lord Howe and latter NZ
Saw some great cruising ground at Xmas whilst on holiday in
Hauraki Gulf in the north and Golden Bay in the south Island
cheers Richard
