I totally get what you mean @Glendog, I was just having a chuckle because a lot of my friends usually complain that this kite doesn't slack much. I'm not saying you are wrong though as it's quite easy to have differing perspectives based on what kites you've flown in the past.
+1 for a 5th c kite it will teach you to be a more efficient kiter and using your edge to control kite placement in the windows.
Modern c kites still have a reasonable wind range
Best gp would be a good start off c kite as sheeting still has quite an effect on the kite
Where torch razor maniac fuel bar sheeting don't effect it as much (need to use your edge)
