Normal for Victorians, they have history of getting upset with the other states. Look at when interstate teams are doing well in the AFL - they only want VIC teams in the comp!
I'm guessing their fickle weather and p1ss poor winds are upsetting them again, cos when we in the West have great winds we all want to share the stoke and they just don't want to hear about it.

Thats not the spirit the euros might think people in vic are a bit grumpy! And that is just not the case, vic has fantastic kite spots heavenly winds fantastic night life stunning women and world class sporting events

Just crunched the numbers to see where this grumpiness is coming from and in the current top 15 posts in this forum there are 3 referencing Perth, 6 referencing other states, and 5 referencing VIC...
