Despite all the advice against Firewires I ended up buying a V2 Rocket in FST and a Hellfire 5'10" kite board. I love the V2 for surfing on only, but I haven't yet ridden the Hellfire yet. Will see how it goes I guess. I never ridden the BP with the kite still, just haven't had a light day for it.
Should get out next week.
Threw a thruster setup on my 5'6 hellfire a month ago. Tad more playful then the stock quad setup, but I think I might get a decent set of quads and roll with that. The boards done well with the abuse, including breaking my fibula on it few weeks back
