I spoke to a council inspector the other day, who said they make 50-70 complaint based inspections a week.
So every time you make a council complaint, because your too tight arse to take civil action or to weak to speak to your neighbour, then realise you are making the problem worse. And making council rates more expensive.
Councils are rooted. But they are rooted because everyone expects everything for free and because the 'age of entitlement' isn't over.
I told a guy he shouldn't be parked on the footpath last week. He screamed and swore at me then followed me home from a distance then came past twice to intimidate my wife and kids while I wasn't there.
I guess I'll just call the council next time there's a car on the footpath.
You did the right thing. Clearly you got under the guys skin too. So fair to say it worked. The dude did sound phyco Joe![]()

This is actually useful work for council's.. the real reason for our rates Increases are the costs of paying ceo's and management and engaging in all sorts of virtuous lefty nonsense that no one but councilors and 32 rate payers care about..

Spot on, but I'd say it's just begun.
