New Ozone Enduro, or even C4 V6 which will have 5 line freestyle setup and bridles for freeride and allround, C4 will come with both when you buy it.
Enduro takes up where the current 2015 Cat finished, probably the best all rounder 3 strut kite Ozone ever made and I'm expecting the Enduro to continue the legacy. Both will be in shops within 6-7 weeks, C4 first, then Enduro....

If you want wave/unhooked definitely have a demo of the Enduro when it comes out. C4 actually goes okay in the waves for a C but if you're after drift then you'll want 3 struts. Enduro should be a cracker.

Wainman Smoke (9m) is a good all round kite - fast turning, good wind range, good hang time, good drift, good anything (don't know about unhooked though - not there yet)

wainmans for me .. Got the 7.5,9,10.5&12 out in just about any wind and great in the waves . Pretty hard to break to they are built tough

Can't fault the wainman's either. The 9 metre smoke is fantastic!

I am having Vegases 2013 and 2014 as well. And wanted something a little better suited for riding a surfboard while most of the time just boosting, looping (not mega though), and doing some very basic unhooked stuff (Vegas still works on a sb but I did not want to risk a 5 line tangle and I want something which relaunches super quickly, drifts a bit better, is lighter etc). So I got a GTS3 10m. If you like light bar pressure and a very fast responsive kite and still want the stability when unhooking then you should demo it for sure. Wind range is however not as good as the Vegas. I actually don't think you'll find any c or c-ish kite with that wind range. I had RPMs 2015 as well before the GTS btw. A matter of preference really. They do it all as most here say, pretty good unhooked and fine on a sb as well. Heavier bar pressure and I found them a little less forward flying which depending on your board (I have a pretty high rocker board) may lead to a slightly less efficient upwind performance. Nothing major though. A little less direct on the bar, bit of a spongy feel if you want to find something negative (the bridle system lets you find the G spot a tiny bit easier on other kites I found but not a big deal unless you are really picky).

The beauty with the 3 strut RPMs and GTS3 is that they are super light hence will stay up and fly fast even when underpowered, relaunch immediately and in the lowest wind. But for overpowered boosting and looping I am still preferring my Vegas as the 5th line and the 5 strut clearly help having the most direct and not deforming or wobbling machine. Relaunch with the 5th line is also pretty efficient in low wind. But the kite is clearly heavier especially when wet so won't fly as easy and fast as the others but this is rather cosmetic unless in marginal winds.

It seems you are after a 10m. If you are looking at other sizes, this may influence your preference slighlty towards any of the above kites. So make sure you actually demo the size you are going to buy.

Can't comment on the Dice. Flew the 2014 one once and it had a similar feel to the Vegas but clearly it had some issues which I can only assume had been fixed in the next generations.

I feel I have more slack on the Vegas than on the GTS3. However, at my level this is not really important and I know that you can trick the c-ish kites to increase the slack by just riding slightly faster and more downwind hence arriving at a similar slack or at least sufficient level of slack a real c kite will offer. Hard core freestylers/wakestylers feel free correcting me please.

The Enduro bar, is the same bar as all the other Ozone inflatable kites, the bar complete with lines is $639
The C4 bar, is for the C4 kite, and pricing is the same, but the 5 line option only works on the C4 V6 kite (2016 model)
