Maybe they don't really like you that much..
Normally people ignore others when they are not interested or can't stand to be around you.

You could be right there, as I've never had a txt from your boyfriend, ![]()
At your age and residing near Gero I bet your into chasing the lollipops...
Would explain a few things!
That problem is not the women. The problem is the men not being man enough to put their foot down and state they are going on a man trip.....
I suggest your men need to take a concrete suppository and harder the f#$k up from the inside out.
I've always found you need to soften the blow before doing anything. Flowers or going out to dinner the day before saying "hey honey my mates are planning a trip for a month and I was thinking of going along".
I've tried the putting the foot down and mixing some concrete with the coffee and I've nearly ended up in divorce. Never tried the concrete up the bum trick plummet is that using the concrete in powder form or after its set?
Some sound advice in this thread.
Relationships are about give and take, understanding what is important to the other person, and supporting them in it, your interests don't need to match exactly.
Girls like to know you're making an effort for them, so as others have said, buy them some flowers on a random day to let them know you're thinking about them.
Take them out for a nice breakfast at a cafe along the beach, then go for a stroll through some markets on a weekend and just idly chat.
Show genuine interest in what's important to them and it will be repaid. Also make sure they're aware that kiting can be hit and miss, if the winds up then its important to you that you get out. You're not trying to not be with them but making the most of the wind on that day/week.
If you do the above and your missus is still saying "No you can't go on a holiday with your mates" and her reasons are not valid, then I'd recommend seriously having a look at how healthy that relationship is.
After weeks of no wind had a few days up in Broome with my wife to celebrate 25yrs not out.......the dilemma was that I knew it would be 15-20knots easterly every morning (onshore at town beach) and I could easily pack a kite and twins and just do a couple of morning sessions.
However, I knew she would not say no but be a bit disappointed and so decided not to take it. Had long walks on beach and didn't really do much for a few days and I think it will pay off in long run. She's pretty good at letting me get on with my hobby .... But ....sage advice on this thread from others is Noted......
I'm 51 and I think more about kiting than nooky - is that normal?
I'm the same except I'm 24 lol
