Good to see the world police taking action as we speak. I hope they ensure the safety of the Yazidis.
A) do nothing and watch 40,000 people die, or
B) bomb the **** out of Isis
Your implication is that to "bomb ISIS" would not result in collateral damage. You are aware they don't simply stand all day and night in large congregations in the open aren't you?
Then there is the problem of getting these planes into the middle east. Do you know what the effective range is of an aircraft capable of such a bombing run? Then there is the risk of Counter forces launching against you. Will UAE, Syria, Iran intercept your aircraft? What capabilities are on the ground?
what if you are unsuccessful? What type of retaliation on civilians can you expect from ISIS? Will they dig in? Do they have the capability to re-enforce? Can they begin to integrate in civilian structures?

Will the US risk the same consternation reserved for Israel if (when) we begin to see the first pictures of dead children? Sometimes doing nothing has its merits.
Neither A or B will be done.
Obama will not bomb the sh** out of ISIS, it will only be a token strike, take out a few big ISIS weapons, drop some supplies to the refugees, and then call it a day.
Of course this will result in just pissing everyone off, after all it will just be a political strike.
Do a little research into who funds and supports ISIS, ( and all the other disruptive elements in the Middle East ) and you'll be able to form your own conclusions.

He's right, doesn't really matter as long as the weapons keep being sold.
World police have caused this by incorporating weapons production as one of the tenets of their market democracy.
We must all learn that no matter what we want some cultures will never live together while others will flourish. What we need to do is give them sticks & stones so that can sort there differences out.
In all these wars more innocent women and children die than solders and they will always want better weapons and become more extreme in there tactics, welcome to our new world where we are slowly moving to ?
Have a great day ![]()

Some of the best weapons that they have are of U.S. origin, that was left behind and given over to the Iraqi army (such as it is/was), when the U.S. left, prematurely IMO.
Obama had to get out of there no matter what, that's what his campaign was based on, so this is what we have now.
ISIS dominating while Obama is chasing his tail, fine deal.
Religion - very sad when one group of people with imaginary friends don't like another group of people with imaginary friends!

Today, ownership of the news media has been concentrated in the hands of just six incredibly powerful media corporations. These corporate behemoths control most of what we watch, hear and read every single day. I like to try and get all sides of the stories. Obviously that is very difficult but as you can see from the above article you're only likely to get slanted news from the MSM. Sitting down in front of the telly is only going to fill your head with ****.
I'll never forget reading someone's opinion on Pravda. He said that Russians only ever read Pravda for the lies, they got the real news from their friends and people they could trust. The same applies for our media, it's just a little more sophisticated.
Religion - very sad when one group of people with imaginary friends don't like another group of people with imaginary friends!
Religion has nothing to do with it... Surely it would just be differences of opinion. Even atheists States have come to blows.
The problem US is facing that according to their own old doctrine claim , US military must be able to carry out 2 small or 1 bigger conflict at that time.
So at the time they just finished two smaller one ( Afghanistan and Iraq war) and getting ready for 1 bigger one with Russia....
suddenly this ISIS pop up...
one could say that is our blessing and may delay IIIW a bit.
I guess that military officials after successfully testing Iron Dome get confidence that could now strike of the sky all Russians nuclear missiles and don't want to waste time.

Mate half of those sites are just nut box conspiracy theorists pitching ideas and products at a loony market. "the 10 survival secrets they don't want you to know......Buy now! C'mon man. "The secrets of Silver and gold", "find out the actual day the US dollar will collapse".
I mean David Icke.......I wouldn't believe him if he told me the time.
Webster Tarplay........Haha.........Alex Jones.....HUr!
You stay locked firmly in your box Loggy. The air outside would probably have you passing out.
That's a particularly gormless way to criticise a site anyway, picking on the advertising. If you were to judge any of the national papers what conclusion would you draw from the sex worker ads for example, or the full page specials at Dan Murphy? Seriously, just settle down a little and have a little think about it. Put yourself in the place of a being from outer space with no experience of the human race and you are exposed to the Australian or the Daily Telegraph as your first inkling that we exist what would you make of it? Full pages advising you how to spend your money on getting your rocks off after rendering yourself comatose with two bottles of Jack Daniels on special.
On another tack what sort of conclusion would you draw if on your first visit you had to sit through Prime Ministers question time?
Ah yes the special knowledge of the conspiracy theorist. Japie, why not just become a religious nut, after all they both seek to explain complex ideas into simple answers. It'l do the same thing. instead of blaming the Jewish new world order or some other tripe........you'll just be able to say smugly "it was Jesus........you wouldn't understand".
People that believe this stuff always have the sacred knowledge. Other people have realised long ago that it's make believe.
You do realise that people are laughing at this stuff, right?
Religion - very sad when one group of people with imaginary friends don't like another group of people with imaginary friends!

Nothing? ISIS recruits Muslims from everywhere. They get fired up by the notion of jihad and off they trot to make things right for the world.

Much of the violence in the middle east is tribal in nature and the tribes are aligned along religious sects. ISIS is sunni fundamentalist but not tribal as they are more of a melting pot of sunni loons brought together from the conflict in Syria. Unfortunately these Christians are in the way, they should be moved somewhere safe, I would rather have these people brought into the US as refugees instead of a bunch of muzzies. Once they are out of the way the muzzies can get back to killing each other![]()

Loggy if I cared what people think or laugh about I would not be on this site, or at least I certainly would not be posting.
What is self evident however is the fact that you obviously do care about what others think about what you think. Otherwise why would you seek to criticise me for that reason?
Doesn't it occur to you that that is quite a sad perspective to have? That there is some likelihood that your life experiences may be limited because you daren't venture outside what society deems acceptable? Sit and muse for a little will you and ask yourself what position we would be in had the likes of Gallileo, Einstein or Tesla let their thinking be influenced by the flock.
The Road Not Taken
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I?
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
The road taken
Many roads, split
yet only one road to take
the traveller has many choices
yet the road..............is split
To take the road
or the freeway
there is only one true road
the cul-de-sac
yet for the many.......
people have realised that
the road some take is a
very dumb road indeed
Yes, a road that seems like it has truth
but no
it is a big dumb road inhabited
by David Icke and some reptiles.
And in the future
like in the past
the truth will be told
about the road
that "they" didn't want you to know
Is it just me but does anyone else realise the will cause more terrorisim in the USA and possible Austraila...do you guys not realise these guys are worming there way through our planet
The truth is a lot more interesting, I'm going to make this short bcos I know a lot of us can't hold interest for long, so it kind of goes like this.Zionists People want to divide and conquer middle east.
They get one country to invade/attack another (Iraq/Iran,Iraq/Kuwait) by promising them jewels (energy supply routes/hegemony), then they get other nations to attack the victor, or impose sanctions effectively your middle age siege.
In the case of Syria they tried the colour revolution/false flag (Hariri) route, which failed worse than the Iranian "Green" revolution. Then they made a deal with the Saudi's to counter Iranian influence in Iraq and Syria and have over land supply route.
The Saudi's couldn't use the Saudi military, so they bankrolled the recruitment campaign around the entire world... using some BS story about Bashar being xyz, and they're defending Islam, blah blah.
The Zionist supported this recruitment and gave it favourable media attention.
Some in England got concerned bcos lots of Muslim brits were going there, but they were reassured that it was effectively exporting their "Internal extremist threat", so they gave it even more media attention.
Syria started getting flooded with idiots, who generally got wasted, but they also did a lot of damage.
Saudi's/Qatar's ($), and Zionist supported them... escalation after escalation, Assad started getting screwed, the Russians stepped in, the US stood up and then mercenaries massed on the Jordanian border when the US assured them they'd offer air support.
The UN got involve, the zionist backed down, and the "jihadi's" were stuck on the border with "US" arms paid for by the Saudi's/Qatari's and no war to go to...
So there was a little infighting, changing names and then they (ISIS) head to poorly defended Iraq to get rid of Shia interest.
So now you have the "Mercenaries" pissed that they didn't get Syria and with pretty much everyone bcos they got screwed, the Saudi/Qatar's pissed with the Zionists, bcos they're now targets for having screwed the mercenaries.
The zionists are now closing the door to any potential "returnee jihadi", and now also killing them in the desert... and to justify the killing they now call them satans army who drink the blood of virgins and babies... or some BS to that effect for the morons of the world.
The GCC/Saudi's via a proxy have effectively started a war on Iran after the Zionist gave them their blessing, and supposed support... then left them out to dry just like they did with the Sunni/Shia in Iraq.
Dang these Arabs are stupid tools, but if it wasn't for their sheer incompetence there would now be a pretty serious war in the middle east.
The zionist, while they didn't get their war, they didn't lose anything and ratcheted up the tension. It's possible they Saudi's won't believe them next time, but considering how dumb they are... I wouldn't count on it.
Now this may come as a surprise, but the Russian's saved the middleeast... by getting the UN involved, and thwarting zionist/saudi plans.

crapola.
Good argument. Crapola! I must remember that one. Very useful.
How about you have a little read of this? Now Paul Craig Roberts is an American economist and a columnist for Creators Syndicate. He served as an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury in the Reagan Administration and was noted as a co-founder of Reaganomics. I know. Crapola! He doesn't fit in with your view of the world so he must be a conspiracy theorist!
Fortunately I have the nouse to value his evaluations of global politics over yours.
Crapola hey!http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2014/08/09/374600/washington-threatens-the-world/
A right wing economist hawk..........having a bit of a go at foreign affairs. Good on him, anyone can have a hobby. Would I take his statement that Obama was probably responsible for MH17? Nah probably not.......seems pretty extremist to me.
Up to you though Japie.....you can waste you time on this crapola
but just know you're just entertaining yourself.......and Flysurfer.

One a side note: It is rather amusing when the Zionist (conspiracy) card is played by atheists.
I would expect there is a greater likelihood of God existing than any Zionist conspiracy.
The real world situation simply reflects the current paradigm which seeks infinite growth in the weapons industry.
Unsurprisingly this creates war and even more unsurprisingly the manufacturers of weapons - be they Zionists or not - don't really care who kills who because it is all profitable to them.
The market democracy, if it wishes to survive, must move towards a system where a product is not automatically deemed good because it creates profit for its creator. All products must be given a value based on their ability to promote life - and not only human life.
Why would we want to use our finite resources simply to destroy... seems pretty f*ing stupid from every perspective except profit...
