I've been wanting to discuss this for a while.

While I agree with nearly everything he said during the interview, and it matches perfectly what most of the above has pointed out about kids being raised as "unique and individual snowflakes that will change the world", I take issue with his final statements. He says all of that but then suggests that businesses need to treat them special too, as if that is the solution; exasperating the very problems that he outlined the entire interview!!!

Drove me ****ing bonkers.

Apart them being "girls" at it, there is a much more odd level "criminal forensic template" in behind all of that in "Top job".

It's trouble is she actually fits around four different "personality character + skill set system" that shows her as, in primary face of it
"a female manipulator"(passive attack by prompt e.g. "emotional blackmail" as at the end of the sketch to "prompt taking the deal as last ditch effort to install the package") part of which is how she behaves whenever she becomes uncomfortable with how the wealthy(target) employer / payroll clerk takes on her inefficiencies, of happens to possibly be an extremely serious form of criminal for the "possibilities".

The point is actually quite complex !
What many *?female manipulators do with finding a "dark and secluded *?male employers office" (of can be the trap end of "the competition" and employer quite aware of the various four criminal types it fits (implied)) is attempt to find if the situational setting and location is effective for any systematic criminal scheme and again if the employer "takes" leaving enough benefit e.g. "allows: lazy , illiterate and ignorant" , these staple diet of ANY criminal in its forensic template, (the base thereof - benefit).

She bailed out at the end mainly because he isn't "taking"(showing signs of deviating from proper secure and moral behavior) on her, the employer is being "straight and solid as a rock" at it, as shown by "the list" she rolls off at the end

The employer side of the requirements to upkeep:
No guidance (hasn't implied there are perhaps other duties to discuss and "wandered off from work topics" in the interview)
no validation (said any initial demands of her "upfront scheme of method of work presence as an employee" were "OK")
no encouragement (asked for more explicit details on "validation" or "tested the thought of" suggested better alternate schemes she may like)
no supervision (Stand behind her throughout with his hand on her shoulder up near her neck and AKA "socially amiably used physical contact" (a supporting mutual binding with "encouragement") while discussing and interviewing her)


So it goes anything from , the least...
-- A young adult teen kicked/pushed out of the house to get a job that is shallow at job hunting and work(unlikely because of personal presentation manipulator skills)
-- A thief / embezzler type that contacts "accomplices" ready through a myriad of different cover avenues of social media requiring "negligent"(re - the list she rolls of at the end - he's using the correct actual moral legal employer employee format of that list (they want their own version substitute for it)!) recruitment safety hiring behavior of the employer and "negligent(against the company/firm ) employee supervision".

Complex jokes such as that are often only suspected when found in sketches, but the sketch has mentioned (pointed to explicitly) and shown a huge quantity of detail to the requirements of such a criminal type apart to prostitutes ! (and alike all girls if they've got it for looks and age they use it).

The other "two girls interview" sketch is a bit rough and vague and tends to represent how your office assistant roustabout secretary becomes the head of the company and embezzles or topples (it's pretty hot too).

So , of "Top Job" if you think back to the general "poise, manners and personal presentation of any such female criminals" by their behavior(rude nasty thugs),
this is a classic example of the exact same personality / beastie / being/ as sheike !

Another 5th possibility is a prostitute but requires the class system from 50 years ago (note: USA had an" almost separate" upper class system (called upper echelon) a little alike monarchy "class system (criminal, educated , lower, lower-middle, middle, upper-middle, high and aristocracy)"), "hence her being absolutely useless and firing (and the voice)" along with the requirement for being discreet and being present at the location for an official documented reason (However, the level of manipulation accuracy indicates as much any of the other 4 possibilities).

In short , she really is one of the malware processes in "Weird Al" Yankovic - It's All About The Pentiums (the office workers represent workstations , the dancers represent gaming computers ... and software types) (note: unfortunately the clips he makes can rarely go beyond PGR censorship and viewing law) e.g. alike the fourth secretary that appears when only three get out of the car with him(nb: employer) at the beginning.
Or better again alike the woman at 0:29 in the Pentium clip, "aggressive and malicious and getting agitated"(sticking her neck out ism without following movement - akin to flat ears and pulling the neck in bearing teeth - only it's extremely subtle) because of how close he's passing (one stop from being bitten severely as manipulation) matches the aggressive agitation from the applicant girl at the end of "top joke" in being uncomfortable , a "tis to".

No matter the intention of the type of person to portray it does show much the behavioral effect of various methods of "canvasing" by female criminals regardless the "incoherence to responsibility of youth" the sketch presents of them from particular sheltered well off backgrounds !

It means that while it appears to be some young idiot in a job interview, there are other features of the whole situation that can derive a different reason for the AKA millenial behavior.
(6 or 7 different reasons for the behavior as possibility)

A short way of saying it, it's a female criminal finding the employer is not responsive to manipulation and emotional blackmail when attempting to get a foot into the workplace through gaining a job, so then backing off fast .
A female manipulator criminal is as good as the millenial girl as reason for the behavior in making the film,, you could train employers and police alike with it !
