Laugh at this, but our dumb construction mob north of Wanneroo with the new bridge build Wanneroo rd and Joondalup have drilled a bloody hole in the middle of the right turning lane north side of Wanneroo to install a 40 kph sign on a concreated pole. 
Be a bit hard one supposes to install the standard traffic management collapsible sighs on the center island like they have all over the shop on the rest of the construction site.
