The same SBS who was firecracking in 2015/2016 and campaigning for Aung San Suu Kyi to win and rule Myanmar, to fall complete silence in the prosecution and eviction of Hindi and Rohingya Muslims with her in the power seat? (because she was a girl getting into power, why not? without any background checks on what could potentially go wrong).
The same SBS who relentlessly had a smear campaign against recent elected Rodrigo Duterte in the Philippines (who was controversial positions for the SBS editors) but not for 95% of the Philippine population who still support him?
Both ABC and SBS have political edited pieces, sponsored by public money. Tax payers shouldn't have to pay for this ''progressive'' reporters spill incorrect and skewed views from what really happens outside the ISOLATED LAND of AUSTRALIA.
From different news sources I read and listen everyday from OS, most contradicts with the carefully curated skewed SBS product.
SBS for me does allright with having the Tour de France and supporting Soccer and the Socceroos here. Credit to them on that. The resr needs a reset.
