can see it now. some of you sitting over their laptops…saying glens killing things for enjoyment.

when not thinking about the cow that was standing in a paddock eating grass one week now its just had a steel bolt driven into its brain so your kids can have a great time chewing on a Mc fat burger.

or when you have that lovely boiled egg for breakfast, not thinking of that poor caged chook feed drugs to back more eegs out.

wait thats right your wife never buys caged bird eggs…...but will the wife ask the coffee shop if the eggs in there fabulous pastries and cake come from caged birds

but **** glen Mcgrath killing things for pleasure.

Eating other animals is natural, most animals, including us, kill food to eat.
Killing just for the fun off it, soft.
Glad todays generation are a lot more supportive of the environment and nature and are trying to rectify the problems from the past. Good to see.

haha yeh thinkaboutit, I work on prawn trawlers (again ). Projectile fly fish smashing onboard at night time is pretty common. I dont think suicide has anthing to do with it - they being chased and/or are extremely stupid. I just cant comprehend any animal could reason enough to commit suicide. But I have been wrong more times than I would like to admit between me and you that is.

Its interesting that some people struggle with the difference between killing for sustenance and killing for pleasure. Killing for pleasure is nothing more than a disgraceful selfish act, no matter how they frame the justification the motive is sick.

I'm saying that being a trophy shooter his motivation was to satisfy his selfish wish to kill things for personal enjoyment, what happens to the meat in no way changes his initial motivation.

FWIW, elephant is eaten in Africa.

Old mate has probably paid upwards of 75K in permits, flights, accom, guides etc and his prize may have fed a village for all we know.

I was going to mention the flying fish, then went searching for a video and found that carp one instead. Much more fun with a few clowns and their frying pans Yeah, probably not intentional suicide, I think you're right.

There's a few cranky elephant attacks car/bus/person type clips out there. Maybe they're getting fed up with having their rellies heads turned into trophies.

Why is an elephants life more important than a cow's though? You can blow cows up with heavy weapons in S/E Asia and no one has a problem with that.

The elephant population is actually increasing by rich hunters killing the odd one.
