I found it weird that I received this text message from Telstra on Wednesday.
I reckon they know it's the new asbestos and are scrambling to cover their own asses.
When the lawsuits start they can now say "we warned you to be careful"

I think that Telstra's inclusion of information on radiation is just a standard thing to provide information for those that care about it.
Small cells are effectively similar to a wifi hotspot. A much smaller range than a normal mobile cell, with correspondingly less users, but higher throughput because of this.
Dunno about getting brain damage from 5G signals, but apparently the frequencies used are also important for weather obs.
arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2019/05/5g-networks-will-likely-interfere-with-us-weather-satellites-navy-warns/
5G networks have the ability to carry interelectrofrequencies that can mask catalase strobe pulses which could cause humans to have epileptic fits. !!!
So if the Chinese or any militant regime was to use this on enemy populations they could turn us all into zombies. FYI
Apart from all the nefarious purposes 5G can also be used for making phone calls, Little known fact
You conspiracy theorists make me sick! ![]()
Yep, pretty scary adding 26GHZ to the current mobile (cell)phone network frequencies.

Pete, that article is laughable. According to the author "1 GHz = 1 billion GHz". It's not even worth poking holes in, it's all holes.

Sitting right on top of microwave ovens in the spectrum. Has all the leakage testing they do been a waste of time? Do you really want to be holding something like that right next to your head?

I think that use of the microwave is a bit misleading. I hope its meant to suggest microwave radio frequencies rather than the frequency of a microwave.
Your wifi access point is using the same frequency as your microwave, so you had better turn it off and plug into the modem direct.
Would you prefer 2.45Ghz into your head or 26.5Ghz?
I think any radiation in a directed beam is not a good thing, such as standing infront of a microwave data link between sites, but low power and at a low effective level, I think we have already lost that argument.
Yes, the frequencies commonly used for microwaves and microwave transmission towers. You phone transmits about 100mW of power. A microwave 1000W (1000000mW or 10000 time more powerful). That's why microwaves have shielding.
So, I wonder what the power output is for 5G towers compared to 4G and the relative distance a person would typically be away from them if there is going to be a higher concentration of 5G towers?
I know next to nothing on this radiation stuff suffice say to say I believe the new smart meters that are being installed in Perth are likely to cause even more damage to our health.

Its not what you asked, but someone once raised the argument, when it came to cell tower safety, that the cell tower transmits the same, or very close to the same, energy for each call, that the phone at the other end does. (in other words, just enough energy to make the call, but not too much to affect other devices using the same frequencies.)
The cell tower is at least a few metres away. The cellphone is against your head. Which one would be safer?

And here is the very definition of the Dunning Kruger effect ...

I guess the difference is that you only make a few calls per day on the one device whereas the cell tower is going to be communicating on a pretty much continuous basis with many devices simultaneously.
I know next to nothing
Finally the first statement i've seen you post that is actually based on facts
I just Googled Dunning-Kruger and a photo of petermac33 popped up ![]()
We shouldn't worry too much. "By the time G6 comes we all will be wearing helmets to protect us from radiation, viruses, greenhouse gasses and everything elso.Additionally helmet will render burqas obsolete.

I agree. The tinfoil in my hat vibrates the closer I get to one of these. I have to walk around the house in alfoil in order to feel normal.

Then please go learn and research and stop believing the internet (you can start by using google scholar)... maybe stop contributing to the agendas of others, or are you in marketing and potentially profiting from your posts?
This radiation stuff is no different to waves at your beach, the waves have frequency and amplitude. As shown by the chart already posted 5G isn't at frequency of ionizing radiation where it can remove the electrons from atoms resulting in all the lovely health effects we definitely are aware of. Does the amplitude have the same effect as sticking your head in a 1000W microwave, no way, I don't think the telecommunications industry would run 5G at an intensity to risk discomfort/heating/burns but then one of the main players did sell hand grenades as phones. Telstra are just being careful in a world full of litigation for everything, the phone companies and providers are wise to throw it back onto the consumer.
5G mind control and all that stuff... why? The sheeple are sold on everything the media and internet feeds them, so why go to the extra expense and complexity of upgrading a phone network? Does it do us any good to have all these waves bouncing around & through us? Many people report say going out bush isolated they feel better, but is this an effect of the radiation or general feeling more aware/better by not being trapped in a cubicle & not breathing in all of the gas and particulate matter produced in built up areas which will kill you.
Yep, that's been going on well before the electricity grid came about. I think it's more to do with closeness to nature, instead of a totally artificial environment

^This.
Its always good to get All of the story Pete.
Frequency is only part of the equation to generate energy, the other is Amplitude., Another is how it is focused, Another is Exposure Duration.
An EM Frequency of 550THz will cut steel like butter!! (so human skin will definitely be destroyed) when focused at 2kw - but fear not - its the frequency of the colour green and no one is asking for that Frequency to be blocked from everywhere are they?
The Frequency of the swell smashing into North Fremantle doesn't change very much. Are you going to argue that the swell Frequency is what's removing the sand, or perhaps the Amplitude (size of the waves) that's doing the damage?
