Anyone out there winging narrow boards in waves?
Seen clips of Adam Bennett's on the sultan wing in light wind and Paul Cooper on the Majek Hellfire wing 60L which really interests me. It's 5'1 x 19 looks like would be good for me at 93kg for our spots with patchy wind.

Anyone else riding this sort of board? Thanks

I'm not sure what 5'1 X19 vs a 5m X23 for 60L will make as a difference. I'm not convinced it would reduce your handwing by 1m....maybe more over your foil with less width...but ticker board maybe? I'm really curious as well.

Not trying to reduce hand wing size but be able to do tighter turns on bigger choppy waves without rail touching. The difference with a 35L is really noticeable but our wind is too bad to ride a 35L at 93kg. got a 5'3 x 23 83L with real pulled in tail for when it's light wind that works great, just interested if anyone else riding 19 wide?

I doubt a board with a max width of 19inch and probably a bit tapered tail will have enough real estate for y shoesize 47 (i,m 188x97kg)
Totally happy with my KT5.4x22x56l. The extra length of the KT over the 4.9x22x60l I owned before let me get away with a meter smaller wing

Not exactly the info you want, but.

I've built a 6'6"x21", it really does get going early. im thinking keep a bit of length drop some width, gets you up on foil when you're in a tricky position.

How do you find the 5`4 KT:s pump ability with that longer length? Are you using North sonar foils on KT? Thanks!
