Anyone know wingfoil spots and shops in Chiba (east of Tokyo) area that rent wingfoil gear?
I'n not from that area at all, and you can probably find more places available if you can get to Kanagawa, but Ted's Surf Shop has been around since the 60's, maybe a good place to start ?
