totally depends on your size, the size of your board/foil, and the wind range you want to be in.

Generically - if you are looking for a 3 wing quiver incorporating your 5m, you could get a 3.5m and a 7m and be pretty well covered. But if you don't need that much range, you can tailor the quiver more specifically to your needs.

At 65 kgs it is unlikely you will need anything bigger than a 5mtr once proficient at pumping. Larger wings are harder to pump and don't offer much extra wind range if your a lightweight.

I am 65kg and on the east coast as well. I have been winging since it started and have 345 quiver. 90% 4m, 5% 3m and 5% 5m. I would buy just a 4 to give you comfort on proper wind days. When I next update I will only buy a 4m. Good from 10 knots once you have the pump start nailed and ok to 20 knots

I agree with most comments made. My wife is about your size and occasionally uses a 6 m wing, but it's quite rare. Her go-to wings are 4.2 for 10-18 knots, 3.3 above, and a 2.5 on the rare days with solid 25+.

I'd be a bit cautious about getting a 7 m wing. A couple of guys heavier than you have 7.0s on our beach, but at least one of them is really hesitant to use his, and goes down to his 5.5 whenever he has a chance. Another guy seems more likely to go kiting or kite foiling than taking his 7.0 (unless life guards are on duty and allow only wings). I like my 6.5 Unit 2 and use it a lot, but I'm a few cm taller and 30 kg heavier than you, and I like to be well powered on the wing. If find the 6.5 quite tricky to pump. My next smaller wing was a 5.0 Unit, but I had too many days where the 5.0 was a bit too small for my poor pumping skills, and the 6.5 was getting a bit large, so I ended up also getting a 6.0. If you have lots of days where the 5.0 is too small, you could consider a 6.0, or maybe a 6.5. But keep in mind that as your skills increase, the bottom end of the wings tend to drop quite a lot.
