I've had the worst run of luck with one of my wings.
I've been through 3 bladders in 10 sessions. I understand **** happens and I've been doing some **** to blow them. But it's getting expensive at $180 a bladder.
Sadly tear aid won't repair a completely destroyed bladder (unless it will?) You can't really use stickyback, does anyone have any other methods for repair? I guess marine sika would do the trick.
Some people use an electric iron type thing, it's a small stick that is just hot enough to melt a patch onto the bladder, I would assume you could do this almost ad infinitum as long as you have the repair bladder plastic film available

Cheers, looks like a good idea.
Slight Segway, but if it is known as an issue, why do we not have vinyl frames akin to inflatable SUPs all plastic welded up. Lower the yarn dpi and it'd be lighter and able to hold much higher PSI than conventional Dacron. Not withstanding no need for bladders would be a saving of negligible weight, but a massive headache

I've fixed many bladders with this. You may want to exercise with old bladder first to find right temperature.
