I'm UK based and wanted to share my experience, I think forums can often be a place to vent frustration at manufacturers but my post is the opposite.
I have purchased way too many boards (?), hardware and wetsuits over the last 35 years. I have had a mixed bag of customer services from major companies some great and some down right rude! Therefore dropping a load of money on Foil Drive with it being such a new venture took a bit of courage and caused me to think..... - possibly took me about 5 minutes!!!?! After my 2nd session a major problem occurred and the team at Foil Drive could not have been any more helpful and have completely sorted me out above and beyond what I would expect. Therefore Aussies you should be proud of such great innovation and anyone that was potentially worried about after purchase care - you have no worries!! I can't recommend the customer service enough!!
