If you are wanting to get into the tow foiling behind a ski or even learn to ride a sinker board with a wind wing then this might really help. Over the years i have seen a lot of people struggle to get up behind a ski and try all different ways to get up but for me this is the best and easiest it puts less stress on the arms and allows the ski to pull the rider out of the water super easy, the good thing is this also works really well for on the wind wing when using a sinker board. www.oneoceansportsaustralia.com/blog/2022/2/15/tuesday-tips-3
Yep I did it at the start of my sinker board learning curve and I still do it in between lulls when proning to get the muscle memory happening. Makes all the difference.
Same, important to keep those knees really bent and move the the board back and forwards with your ,feet and keep bending at the waist over the board. I find the game is over if you straighten your knees to try and balance, only start this when you have power from the wing or ski.
