I started the topic "Tip your hat to a local Australian custom Wingfoil board maker..." about 9 months ago, but apparently it's too old to post to now so I've started this one.

After a few false starts the last year I finally ordered that Aussie Custom board I've always wanted, and got a DW'er style from The Carbon Co in Brissie. Looking forward to ripping up the light winds on Pittwater!

Nice one. Long narrow board is a breeze to foil on those fickle days we get so often here :)

Whats the dim from the box to tail? Looks quite forward

I only unpackaged this morning and then had to go yacht sailing. I'll throw a tape over it tomorrow if the rain stays away...

Stoked you are shouting out The Carbon Co. I know Mitch personally and have seen his designs from some of his earliest "Nangs" through to these down wind boards.

On ya for supporting a hard working Aussie legend.

Realised I hadn't taken a pic, so here's one from this morning. Chose the colours and left the rest to James.
