I broke a fuselage on Saturday winging

It was a Naish fuselage, pumped on to the foil, massive noise and faceplant, the fuselage snapped just before the front foil attachments, lucky came to the surface just in time to see my front foil sinking grabbed it before it sunk to the bottom .

Rang oceanaddicts, Luke and Ben were really helpful processed the claim straight away.No stress

Service like that deserves a mention.Feel we should advertise great service.

thx Oceanaddicts and Naish

Thank you for the kind words Ron, we appreciate it.

We strongly believe at Naish, that we have the best products on the market, and that they will stand up to your use, however in the unlikely event of a failure know that we have your back for anything material or workmanship related. Unlike many pop ups and new comers to the scene, we are a long standing business who intends on sticking around. We've been. there from the beginning of Windsurfing then Kiting, SUP, Foiling and now Wings. Our combined staff consists of Olympic level sailors and Windsurfers, World champions in Windsurfing and National champions in Kiteboarding. We all ride all the gear we sell and love our sports.

Thank you again for choosing Naish and we look forward to seeing you ripping on the water very soon.

Ride safe,

JB

I am UK based and use Naish foils and board.

The UK Naish team have been brilliant whenever I have had a warranty issue, always open, honest and have dealt with issues quickly and fairly. Probably the best warranty I have experienced to date and I dont say that lightly.

(I'm not in any way affiliated with Naish, I just wanted to speak up for a brand who honor their product).
