Unfortunately, their deliveries can be unreliable. I kind of like their stuff but last year I preordered and paid for a boom that was scheduled for June. When nothing had happened in beginning of July, I e-mailed and they replied that it will be in stock in 2 weeks. E-mailed them after 3 weeks and they replied that the boom will come in a week. After another 2 weeks, no boom and a third email they replied that it was out of stock and the next batch will come in October. Quite irritating. I asked to get my money back and had no problem with that. I've bought other products from them without these kind of problems
