Hi guys,
i am new to Wing foiling and need some advice for my wingfoil board:
Slingshot wingcraft 90, straps mounted in middle front position, Slingshot foil with 84 Infinity on B fuselage hole and 4cm Mast Track Position.
Does this make Sense? Has anyone used the board with this settings?
thanks

My advise is simple: take footstraps off. Ride this board for few sessions. Try move foil mast around to get position you would feel comfortable to ride. If you insist on using footstraps: look where your front foot standing most of the times, put straps there.
I personally see no reason for using footstraps ... unless you are going to jump on this board and foil (good luck with that).

it's been a while since I used the hover glide set up on the wing craft 90L, but I think I did have the back of the base plate on #4 (maybe it was #5)....yes position B if you find the foil a bit pitchy you can also use the longer fuselage it takes a bit more pumping to get the foil up but the foil behaves very well.

The front straps look too far back if you are in the early stages of winging, move them to 2nd hole from the front, as you progress you may move the back or if its cranking windy.

As motogon said you could probably take them off if you are literally just learning, it's one thing less to worry about

I have the phantasm foil at #4 and foot straps third hole from front.... enjoy your board and foil its a great set up you have!

Thanks for your good adivice! I have tried it today with the straps in the 2nd front hole, and voila, it worked really well!
I am quite happy with my new board and mastered my first foiling jibe today at the nearest lake here in Tyrol!
