Looking for a budget option probably 5M for purely getting yanked up on foil on a small board for down wind.
Whether it be a budget option V2 or a V1 that flew well when over powered. Not interested in upwind at all.

The flow Dwing v1 iis good overpowered, the tips flap a bit but remains controllable. Had my 4.2 out in 30 knots + many times before. There's a few good second hand deals on them now
I had a BRM Ka'a 5.4m did not like it for all the attributes you want. I wanted a more up wind focused PW. Some cheaper used kit kicking around.

pretty much every para would meet this requirement. whatever fits your price point.
original duotone stash are cheap, smik, whatever is around second hand.
My Gong Plus v1 is surprisingly good at getting me going in lightwind. The v2 has an improved top end and upwind ability apparently. These are very affordable. Also consider the Takoon Cloud one 4.7.

ended up finding a 5.2M North Ranger for $500. Basically new too!
had a crack today on my 5'2 35L and did get up, but it was bloody hard work.
thinking at 83-84 Kg a bit more length and probably 55L would be a bit more realistic

To be honest, a 70/80L board would be much more realistic for your 84 kg. I'm 92 kg and started with 34L (4'5) and it worked, but ended up settling on 85L for most days.When it's blowing 25+ kts, I'll grab a 70L board, but I'd still rather have a smaller parawing than a smaller board for flying.

why is that. Sending it DW you want smallest board possible - para gets put away - set and forgot - are you doing up / downwinders ?
