Port Phillip Bay Winds

Hi All,

Another beginner question, which I assume may have been asked before.
For locations, anywhere from St Kilda, down the east coast to Sorrento. What locations, strength and wind directions work best for for these areas (using a 5.3 wing).

Looking at St Kilda, Sandy, Mentone, Bonbeach, Mt Martha, Droman, Rye.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
