I'm in the process of training for M2O. Pretty much everyone I know is having same issue (with and without footstraps, young/older) numb feet after 60-80 minutes downwind. I lift my toes, wiggle my feet, but nothing really makes a big difference.
Next run, I'm planning to start moving my feet more even before they get numb to see if that helps.
Besides stopping to rest, anyone figure this out?
