I saw some photos/videos of one or two team riders with what looks like a new kite/tow/wake board. I'd presume that there would be an update to the FG lineup this summer? Maybe also v3 wings? Any info?

I haven't pestered any of my sources lately so no news on that front, although the last Chris Bertish YT interview with Armie, he mentions a new sail material that is in testing. Something about it having been developed y the leading sail cloth maker. Chris is using the tech on his trans pacific wing journey. I bet that launches soon. Hopefully along with a mast to rival the other Kiwi. I could use a super solid 93cm.

Yeah I saw that-what a feat! I'm pretty happy with my quiver of V2s but I'd like Armie to go for a canopy that is less likely to bag out and/or tear and a frame that is as stiff as my DLab (I chose not go for the OR since quite a few riders in my area had delamination issues-I digress).

If the price of that other Kiwi's new mast is anything to go by, my guess is that Armie would (almost have to) go even higher. I'm wondering whether the CF V2 wings and that unreleased board are aimed at targeting the wake/tow market, which is considerable in the US. Armie was in Utah not too long ago doing some behind-the-boat stuff. Going after the SUP/downwind market concurrently with the wake/tow market does not seem advisable, from a business standpoint. Armstrong is, after all, a small company. I'll be waiting eagerly!

New masts also being tested.
Stiffer & less torque.

Apparently.

I'd like tonsee some pictures of this Delamination. If it was the gold coming off, that is cosmetic and UV protection and has nothing to do with strength.
If you want d-lab- all Allula is produced from the same secret place, using the same secret recipe.
I really want to give a dlab a go as the previous units were really good!

I don't think the Unit D/Lab has anything over your Or Glide A series. It has more grunt but for me it's a disadvantage for the most part.
I have both at 4M and the OR is getting way more use. it has a better wind range it's way lighter and flags out much better, able to handle
strong gusts much more gracefully and the adjustability of the Matrix handle system is going to be a game changer now that OR is
releasing the Carbon handles and boom.
