Haven't seen much chatter about these wings, but they seem unchanged for 2022, except for a different colorway and mast lengths are 75/85cm instead of 70/80cm.
Is anyone enjoying these wings, and in what conditions? Seems like a nice MA design but there is very little feedback on the series of tubes we call the internet.
Thank you!
I'm interested too. Since I have the NP Glide foil XL, Large & Medium.
I would be interested if the HP wings fit & would it be worth for Wingding.
The HP wings most definitely fit the blue GlideSurf/Wind fuselages
Can anyone out there riding the HP series please give a ride report?
OK I'll chip in, not hugely experienced TBH, but done enough hours to throw in my 2c. I have the Blue S/M/XL NP Glides and the Red HP 11/13/15 Glides, Alu masts. The S and 11 are mostly for windfoiling by my wife (60kg) on a longer fuse, I don't use those sizes myself. However she mostly uses the 13/15 HPs for less windy days with small sails on a JP Freefoil 115. Loves these sizes as they are great in swell and she's not keen on the big sail, high aspect blades that go super quick.
As regards wingdinging I use the Blue XL and the Red HP 15 with a JP SUP Foil 125L and a Konrad 99L with Duotone 5m and 6m Echo wings (made my own single piece carbon booms for them). They are fun in swell, pretty slow especially the XL, but that's what you want I guess. Easy to pump, bit sluggish turning the big XL. Haven't tried in surf and never tried the M. I am still struggling jibing the things, the smaller red one seems easier though, less drag. I use the JP SUP Foil 125L for windfoiling as well, it has a mast base insert.
I think the new mustard yellow ones are unchanged. There's a nifty carbon mast for the Glide but I didn't buy it as it's too short for windfoiling and it's pretty exxy.
