Hi all
I'm looking at downsizing from NSP 6'6" 110 liter to shorter, lower volume and lighter.
Does anyone have the weight for Naish wingfoil Ultra at 95 litre?
Any info appreciated.
Cheers
Hey Karl, my Naish 95 Carbon Ultra is around 6kg. That's last seasons board, this year's could be a touch lighter
Weighed my 2020 95 ltr, the orange one. 6.065kg with screws and plates fitted in foil boxes so they are similar weights.
Thanks!
How have you found them?
I'm a light 70 kg and at the stage of learning to gybe. My typical conditions are 15 to 25 knots and moderately choppy and small swell.
Cheers
Probably had 8 months use from mine, I'm 80kg and use it in all conditions when I wing. I don't wing in under 14 knots so below that I can't comment.
So far no dings or damage, just the odd scratch from being clumsy on land. I use the HA1240 wing as my largest, and the 1040HA when speed is the target.
A mate tried it, he's 100 kg, bit of a balancing act but he got going and loved it, he now owns the 110. At 70 kg you could definitely look at the 85ltr if your skilled and not chasing the ultra low end.
They are quite stable, not corky. I have little trouble getting up even in really rough conditions when on a 3 mtr wing. The price point of the current offerings are extremely competitive.
I'm 92kg on the 95, love it for light wind. Naish 1240 and a 5m Cabrinha mantis and I'm up in the lightest conditions. Anything over 20knts and I'm on the Naish 75lt. Bullet proof boards, I have given them a hammering
Can anyone with Naish S26 carbon ultra 85/95 L board tell me if it has a bottom handle? The sales blurb suggests the handle is only on the boards up to 60L. Thanks
I have the Orange S25 85l.
I am 70kg too,85l is all you need.Weighs a bit above 5kg.
Superfun board.
Handle on bottom yes.
Very well built and this year's (grey) has better shape and strap&box position.
I would buy it again ,no doubts.
