Wondering if anyone modified their front wings or stabs to make them better?
I read in oase.de forum that someone cut off edges of Sabfoil 1100 or 950 to fix the ventilation problem. Unfortunately there is no further post about the outcome.
I made gong kite stab to fit on Sroka fuselage. It gives amazing performance when you get used to it.

As stab performance very depends on thickness, I am thinking to sand down around 3 mm of the stab. Stab should be made without foam core, so it's structure would not be reduced. Has anyone made such mods?

Here are my mods:

With the Sab Foil I wonder how much their High Gloss finish contributes to ventilation? Simply sanding off the gloss to make it hydrophilic, instead of hydrophobic, should help a good bit.

It would be interesting to try sanding it out.
Everyone is talking that the wing tips for Sabfoil create ventilation problem. But I am using some other brand foils which have also curved wingtips but slightly smaller. And they tolerate ventilation and don not stall.
