They are just $110 AUD plus postage $20 AUD standard shipping to USA. So all up $130 AUD around $87 USD.
Sounds good. Trying to figure out how is goes together. How easy is assemble / disassemble? Are there fasteners or does it snap into place/held firm once inflated?

Hi - it just locks into the handles when hewing is deflated. Velcro is also provided as an additional measure to prevent the MiniBoom pulling out. This video illustrates this:
