Just buy now and get on the water 
on the ONE side we don't make a new model every year as it's just crazy that concept and a great way to make boards worse without real length of time testing. We also make all our production boards so they are designed to last more than a year of hard riding
so no real need to upgrade unless you wanna go smaller of something like that
What we have done is we have tweaked the box placements so now in Australia you can buy them with boxes back or with boxes further forward which helps suit some of the high aspect wings that are back foot heavy.

The 2023 Smik looks good, saw Scotty on it a few weeks back. Really flat rocker to get up on the foil easier. Smik should have them out later in the year.

Sorry got that wrong only some new Team Edition boards coming through Sept , std construction boards stay the same .

Agree with that: the sooner you buy, the sooner you will ride. And it got me hooked in just a few sessions (after decades of windsurfing).

Buy last year's model now at X% off. As last year's radness will ride 99% as well as this year's new sexy boards. Or even better buy the prior year's radness, which will ride 98% as well but is even more % off.
Wing boards are about as low as you can get in terms of board design actually affecting performance. It primarily makes a difference getting up on foil when under powered. Otherwise the board spends most of it's life up in the air, attaching you to a mast. Don't believe the hype.
