Is it worth to go from mid aspect to high aspect foil for low to mid wind?

Currently for low wind I am using Sroka XXL (2000cm2, 1090mm width front wing) or Gong Veloce XXL on Sroka fuselage.
For mid range I use Gong Fluid XXL-S or sroka XL wings.
Mostly I am winging in inland lakes where swell created by wind is not strong or there is no swell at all.
I am 82 kg, 183cm heright, board Reedin Feather 82L. Wings Echo 5 and 7, Ulman Osprey 6.2.
Would I get any benefit from changing mid aspect foil into high aspect foil? Sroka is offeing new wing 1350L for dockstart and low wind.
But I am wondering if it would be enough? May be for my conditions it would be better to go for Gong Veloce or Fluid H XXL?

Also as Reedin 1st gen board has foil tracks moved far backwards, I use all my foils at the most front position or 1cm from the front of the rails. I read that if you use high aspect stabilizator, you should move foil 3cm or more to the front. But for me there is no place for adjustments.

Do Sroka wings fit on Gong fuselages?

2020 Sroka foil had similar connection for front wing. You just need to drill additional hole, make thread and use some shims, made from bank card or plastic playing card as the difference of connection is around 1mm (Sroka square connection is thinner than Gong).
New Sroka foil front wing connection is similar to f-one, so is not possible to use Gong front wings.
But in total I like Sroka foil with Gong front wing. You get much slimmer fuselage and thinner mast.
I sold my Gong foil as when going from Sroka+gong front wing combination to Gong foil in the same conditions, I felt like driving car with engaged hand brake. It did not let me to accelerate and glide more.

I often deal with conditions in the 9-15 knots and like today, sometimes the wind starts good but then wanes and approaches the lower end within 2 hours. For winging I use a big sail (6.5m A wing) and a high aspect foil on many days. If the power isn't enough, I find I can't get sufficient speed to get enough lift This can lead to blowing take offs. I use the 1125cm2 foil and weigh 90 kgs for reference, 75L sinker board. It's easier to use the 1850cm2 mid aspect foil in lite winds to get flight. Two pumps and off the water. I also like using a smaller 50cm fuselage for faster turning.

So the HA foil is more fun to ride with sufficient power, but not as fun in lite conditions. Personally I'm not interested in getting a bigger HA wing for lite winds. A 1325 OR 1525cm2 foil maybe easier for taking off but not interested in trading the ability to turn easily.

I went from an 1850 Armstrong to an HA1325 for light winds at 65 KGs. Personally I sold the 1850 after one session back on it after riding the 1325 a few times. Similar lift off for me, but the speed and glide is night and day. Easier to stay up through holes and also to build apparent wind in the light wind.
Demo a HA to see if it will work with your board. I ended up having to sell my 74L and replaced with a 60L with forward boxes to accommodate the HAs.

I'm with MidAtlantic. I'm 75kgs, started with 1850, 1250, 1050. After riding the 925, I sold all of them. Now I ride 925, 725, 525 in almost the same wind range as my first three foils (10-12kts and up).

I've got a range of wings from 2-7M. Last session with a 5M and 725, the wind started at around 15-17 mph and dropped to 8-11 with big holes and I stayed on foil while my friends were trying to get up. That thing was so efficient I stayed up for 10 minutes without coming down. When I did it was a grueling schlog 1/4 mile or so sinking to my knees at times (straps make life easier in this case). Great workout though. Swapped on the 1325 and got up pretty easy in a small gust but in the wind dropped further and I ended up doing the whole inchworm home thing. (7M with a popped bladder )

It's a yes from me. My light wind go-to was the 1550V2. It's now the 1325 for 7-12kts and 925 for anything above. I weigh 82kg and can get the 925 going on my 60L FG with a 4.5m or 5.5m Strike V2 or 6m DLab. The initial start can be tough but it's so easy to keep going through the lulls.
