Hi all, I have trouble getting to the somewhat local shop to try anything on.
I currently wing wearing a Viakobi PDF but it does ride up a little after a big catapult.
Will an impact vest be better and is there one for a more ample, fuller figured body?
Most of the photos look like they are fitted for rowers with huge chests and tiny waists...

This is an option.

The 3XL+ size is pretty darn massive. And it doesn't break the bank.

The size chart below the pictures is pretty accurate for big dudes.

It may not solve your problem as it can ride up a bit for sure after a catapult. It isn't in your way when winging.

I,m 188x 99kg with a bit of centred gravity point and the Mystic Large was too big for me/shooting up even when I,m wearing a full 6/5mm suit. They go up to XXL so they have some room...
They aren,t cheap but there gear is excellent.

I got the WIP impact 50N vest in XL. I tried an Oneill Slasher 2XL and it was too tight. The WIP has side straps and extra material so plenty of adjustment range. It also has a lot more padding and structure to it compared to the normal wakeboarding impact vests. The floatation rating is a bonus too.
