Thanks Rob and co. Really useful. Especially that info on the strut change on the FOne. Having just done a puncture repair on the LE my humble suggested addition, for other than Duotone, might be to mark the valve before you take it out, to help the bladder seat back the same way it was originally installed.
my puncture repair seems to have worked, although I have this weird thing where I blow the wing up the first time, but it loses pressure so I come back in for a top up, then it seems to hold after that. Perhaps I didn't seat the ends right and so the air shifts around a bit. Annoying, but I don't think I'll risk pulling it all out again!
Cheers again for another great vid.

Great video. I learned the hard way about the strut bladder of Ozone Wasps not being fastened to anything on the leading edge side (the tail of the strut bladder has a loop and is folded with velcro to hold it in place so isn't going anywhere). I used to hang my wings from a basketball rim by the handle on the leading edge to wash and dry them and guess what... the top side of the strut bladder dropped and folded onto itself. Next time I pumped it up... boom! 4 inch rupture and hole in the bladder.
Regarding the replacement process, re-seating the valve is the toughest part in my option whether it's after patching the existing bladder or putting in a new one. I got a non-OEM bladder replacement and it was really tough to get the valve reinstalled on the wing. This may sound crazy, but the only thing that worked for me after several other methods (mostly futzing around with my fingers) was a small flathead screwdriver. It was the only way I could get the wing material under the lip of the valve so it would seat properly in the wing. Similar to putting a tire back onto a bike with tire levers.
Getting the valve off for the first time is tough too. Any tips and techniques to unseat the valve? How about re-seating it (other than using a flathead screwdriver)?
